The task was to create a characteristic and comfortable working environment at the same time using maximum site area. As the plot was very narrow, we made cuts in the massing to provide an opportunity for the natural light to reach the interior of the building. Instead of traditional atrium space we created bright glass courtyard boxes to provide the working space a bit of greenery in the middle of the city of traffic noise.

The building has four floors, parking area is located in the basement.
